What is Google Workspace?
Google Workspace is Google's cloud-based productivity suite for businesses. Under your company domain, it provides Gmail, Calendar, Meet video meetings, Drive file storage, Docs, Sheets, Slides, and the Gemini AI assistant from a single admin console. It requires no installation and works from a browser and mobile apps.

Which plan is right for you?
Choosing a plan usually comes down to three questions: how many people you have, how much storage your files use, and whether you have a legal retention requirement.
- If you only need business email and basic file sharing, Business Starter is enough.
- If you want meeting recording, 2 TB of storage, and full use of Gemini, Business Standard is the most balanced choice.
- If you need legal retention of email (Vault) and device management, look at Business Plus.
- If you have more than 300 users, or need data loss prevention, you need an Enterprise plan.
