Pricing and invoicing
How much does Google Workspace cost?
Current Turkey list prices are on our pricing page. You can see the total for your user count with the calculator.
Who issues the invoice?
Today the license invoice comes from Google. Our setup, migration, and support work is invoiced by Xen Bilişim in TRY with VAT. Our distributor authorization to also supply the license on a TRY invoice is in progress.
Can I pay for your services without a credit card?
Yes. Xen Bilişim invoices for setup, migration, and support can be paid by bank transfer or EFT.

Migration and setup
Will my emails be lost during migration?
No. Old mail is migrated in advance, the MX cutover happens outside business hours, and the final differences are synced.
How long does setup take?
A few hours for small teams, usually a few business days for up to 50 users. For larger projects, a timeline is included in the quote.
Will my website be affected?
No. Only the DNS records related to email change.

Where is my data kept?
In Google's global data centers. As of today, there is no Google Cloud region operating in Türkiye. Details are on our Türkiye region and KVKK page.
Is backup necessary?
Yes. Google Vault is not a backup tool. We recommend separate backup for data that is deleted or corrupted by ransomware.
