How much does Google Workspace cost?
As of 18 September 2026, Google's Turkey list prices under an annual commitment are, per user per month: Business Starter 71,20 TL, Business Standard 142,40 TL, Business Plus 223,70 TL, Enterprise Standard 211,40 TL, and Enterprise Plus 350,00 TL (excluding VAT). Google is running a promotion on Business plans in its own sales channel through 2 January 2027.

A quick way to choose the right plan

Measure your storage
Look at the total size of existing mailboxes and shared folders. For teams that quickly fill the 30 GB pool, Standard is more economical.

Determine your retention obligation
If you need to retain email for years or produce it during an audit, you need a plan with Vault (Business Plus and above).

Ask about mixed usage
In some cases, different plans can be combined for different user groups. We check together whether this fits your account during the quote stage.
Annual commitment or a flexible plan?
Google offers the annual commitment at roughly a 16 percent discount versus the flexible plan. Under an annual commitment, the license count can be increased during the year but not decreased. If your team changes often, the flexible plan is better; if it is stable, the annual commitment is more advantageous.
