1. Data controller

The data controller is Xen Bilişim Danışmanlık Hizmetleri Ltd. Şti. ("Xen Bilişim"), located at Göztepe Mah. İstoç Oto Ticaret Merkezi, Burak Plaza No:1 Kat:7, Bağcılar / İstanbul. googleist.com is a website operated by Xen Bilişim.

• Customer transaction information (request and message content, information you share through forms such as an email security check result)
• Transaction security information (IP address, browser information, server logs)
• Usage information collected through analytics cookies if you give consent

• Responding to requests submitted through forms, phone, and email, and communicating with you,
• Carrying out quote, pre-sales consultation, sales, and contract processes,
• Managing customer relationships,
• Securing the website and preventing misuse,
• Analyzing website usage if you have given consent,
• Fulfilling legal obligations.

4. Method of collection and legal basis

Your personal data is collected electronically through the website's forms, email, phone, cookies, and server logs. Data is processed on the legal bases of KVKK Article 5/2 (c) establishment or performance of a contract, (ç) legal obligation, (e) establishment, exercise, or protection of a right, and (f) legitimate interest. Analytics cookies are processed based on your explicit consent.

5. Transfer

Your personal data may be transferred, limited to the purposes above, to Xen Bilişim's authorized staff, to service providers supplying the site's hosting, content delivery, and email infrastructure (Microsoft Azure, Cloudflare), and to authorized public authorities where legally required. Because these service providers' servers are located abroad, such transfers are carried out in accordance with Article 9 of KVKK.

6. Retention period

Data is retained for the period required by the purpose of processing and by applicable legislation, and is deleted, destroyed, or anonymized at the end of that period.

7. Your rights

Under Article 11 of KVKK, you have the right to learn whether your personal data is being processed, to request information, to request correction or deletion, to know the third parties to whom it has been transferred, to object, and to request compensation for damages.
