Can associations use Google Workspace for free?

Under the Google for Nonprofits program, Google offers one edition of Workspace free to eligible not-for-profit organizations, and higher editions at a discount. Eligibility depends on the organization's legal status and approval from Google's verification partner. Educational institutions apply for Education editions instead of this program.
